Regularly referred to in reviews as the best garage in Devon, NJB Automotive Services is a family-run, independent vehicle repair and service centre serving drivers from across the Okehampton area.

We’re based just outside Hatherleigh, and welcome all makes and models of cars, vans and motorhomes (up to 3.5t), including electric and hybrids.

Established in 2018, our aim has always been to deliver excellence in both the work that we do and in our customer service, and we’re proud and humbled to have earned a truly enviable reputation across our area. We operate an open-door policy, so you’re always welcome to pop into the garage with any questions or concerns that you might have.

What we do at NJB Automotive Services

We offer a comprehensive range of vehicle repair and maintenance services, such as MOT testing for classes 4 and 7, servicing that won’t affect your manufacturer’s warranty and anything from simple fluid changes to complex mechanical and electrical repairs. We’ve equipped our workshop in Hatherleigh, Okehampton, with manufacturer diagnostic software for most brands of cars, including VW Group, Jaguar Land Rover, BMW and Ford and as such, we can carry out system updates and programming.

We are fortunate to have a team of very talented technicians – between us we boast 3 technicians trained to the top IMI level for EV repairs and servicing, 3 MOT testers and 2 Master Technicians – so there is no doubt about our industry experience and expertise. But it’s not just about being well qualified, we love cars and we love the satisfaction of a successful repair, and of finding the solution to a complex problem.
